We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Center Coach for our call center located in Wichita, KS to provide coaching and support to the Inside Sales Agents in many different areas.

| PRIMARY RESPONSIBLIITIES |

Responsible for coaching behaviors, motivating, encouraging & guiding agents to:

  • Meet performance goals
  • Recognize all opportunities on the call to sell the value of solid appointments that result in sales demonstrations
  • Deliver the RbA methodology without compromise
  • Provide encouragement, energy, reinforcement & recognition for positive performance
  • Coach agents both "in the game" and "one-on-one" to help them improve the overall customer experience and increase the conversion rate of appointments
  • Effectively communicate to all team members, customers and prospective customers respectfully and tactfully representing Renewal by Andersen
  • Provide coaching and assistance on how to deal with difficult or escalated customer situations
  • Assist agents during escalated call scenarios and take escalated calls if ISC director is not available
  • Run daily productivity and capacity reports
  • Assist customers in the showroom when no agents or member of sales are available
  • Be available to answer back-up calls in the event all ISC agents are on the phone
  • Have strong time management and multi-tasking skills to remain productive throughout your entire shift
  • Effectively document all coaching sessions in a timely manner
  • Maintain a solid relationship and partnership with ISC director; this includes but is not limited to: communication on daily/monthly goals, ideas for contests and incentives, processes, and conduct issues that may arise

| QUALIFICATIONS |

  • Minimum 2 years in a leadership or management position
  • Minimum 2-4 years experience in customer service &/or sales position
  • Minimum 2 years experience with coaching different learning styles to meet performance expectations

| BONUS INCENTIVE |

  • Bi-weekly bonus ranging from $400-$550 upon meeting goal metrics
  • $900 quarterly bonus upon meeting goal metrics
